Do SDG Seats Require a Break in Period?
  It takes a few hours of ride time for your SDG
seat to conform to your motorcycle’s chasis.
Once you ride for a few hours the new seat
will mold onto the frame and it will fit as good
or better than the stock version. Any gaps
between the seat and the gas tank will be
alleviated as well.
 
Installing your new SDG seat is a simple process that should take just a few minutes.
  1. Slide nose into tank button.
  2. Depress center of seat to align center
mounting point.
  3. Slide seat forward engage center mounting
point and nose.
  4. Check nose and middle areas for secure
engagement.
  5. Install seat tab mounting bolts
